Cancellation up to 5 hours before the scheduled experience: partial refund
Late cancellations: no refund

If the experience is cancelled by the company, customers may choose between:

a full refund, or
rescheduling to another available date.

7. Provision of Services

Services are provided at the date, time, and location specified during the booking process.
